Excalibur Water Systems 142 Commerce Park Drive Unit M & N Barrie, Ontario L4N 8W8 CANADA LIMITED WARRANTY Excalibur Water Systems warrants to the owner of these products and within the following guidelines, the products are free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees it will, at its’ option, either repair any defect or replace the defective product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts and labor. • The RO System excluding consumables: Three (3) years from the date of purchase. • The consumables: Six (6) months from the date of purchase. • Exception: RO Membrane: Three (3) years from date of purchase provided owner has properly operating water softener installed prior to RO System. If within these guidelines, the product(s) prove to be defective for any reason, return postpaid with a copy of proof of purchase to Excalibur Water Systems at the address below, for repair or replacement at no charge. This warranty does not apply to any product the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to commercial usage, misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
