The DROP Hub - The Connection to Everything
The DROP Hub is a state-of-the-art smart hub that is the heart and brain of the DROP Connect smart water management system. it integrates all your residential treatment devices.
Pump Controller
The DROP Pump Controller turns your well pump on and off, monitors water pressure, incoming voltage, and pump amp draw while also connecting with up to 50 wireless DROP Leak Detectors.
Text and email alerts include pump short cycling, dry run, open discharge, leaks, and potentially freezing conditions. It’s part of a complete ecosystem of smart water related products managed by the DROP Hub through the DROP Connect App.

Programming:
- Programmable pressure cut In & out
- Programmable mode for well pump & VFD systems
Pressure Monitoring & Pump Control:
- Turns Pump on and off based on water pressure settings
- Records pressure data to provide history on pumping systems performance.
Water Usage Monitoring:
- Monitors water usage providing real-time information for current flow, peak flow, and daily average for the past 90 days.
Pump Protection:
- Monitor pump current & amperage to protect against overloads
- Records peak and average motor current, number of pump cycles, and cycle length & frequency
- Monitors incoming voltage to protect pump in low & high conditions based on application setting
- Short cycle notification for potential equipment failure
Home Protection:
- Leak Detection at Pump Controller and at included wireless leak detectors
- Monitors water flow, temperature, and pressure
- Slow leak test user programmable
- Pump shutdown or notification on leak detection
Meter
The Meter works with the Pump Controller allowing you to monitor your water usage and flow rates. The Meter will also give your Pump Controller the ability to shut off your well pump in the event there is a high flow or long continuous flow detected.
Leak Detectors
Never worry again about returning home to frozen pipes, high water bills or a pond where your kitchen used to be. Place DROP Leak Detectors around your home in places where leaks may occur. If a leak does occur, the water shuts off and you’re kept in the loop.
The Leak Detectors are designed to integrate seamlessly with all other elements of the DROP water management system. This wireless capability makes it easy to monitor and control from your smartphone or tablet, whether you are at home or away.
